Tender description
Mid Ulster District Council invite submissions for inclusion on a Framework for Bid writing services for strategic capital projects. The overall aim is to establish a Framework of up to 6 consultants on each lot with the capability of developing and scripting high quality bid submissions to lever substantial financial resources over the next 4 years to secure the delivery of major capital projects within the district. The framework will be for an initial period of 1 Year and may be extended for a further 3 x 1 year periods, subject to satisfactory performance and available budget, solely at the discretion of Council.
