Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council have committed to implementing a Zero Emission Zone (ZEZ) in the centre of Oxford. The scheme is based on the same charging principles as the London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and the national Clean Air Zone (CAZ) concept. However, the ZEZ will only allow free access for Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) and will implement banded charges for Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEVs), CAZ compliant vehicles and all other vehicles
