The Supplier shall provide the following Services to the Customer: Review of economic issues related to the WACC in the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA's) provisional findings report on Ofwat's 2019 Price Review in response to 4 water companies' appeal, specifically: The market and regulatory context for 'aiming up' in relation to water in the UK versus other sectors in the UK and elsewhere.
