Tender description

Since 1996, Housing and Technical Resources have maintained their current Housing Management System via Capita (Academy). The system, as part of the ongoing contract, has been supported by Capita. The current support provided by Capita for Academy is due to come to an end in November 2020. Support from an individual with detailed knowledge of the Capita system which would address gaps in internal skills and experience Consultancy providing expertise in the Capita Housing Management system. This is a negotiated procedure.
