NHS England (hereafter referred to as “the Authority”) ran a competitive procurement process to commission Personal Dental Services (PDS) in London Prisons and Heathrow Immigration Removal Centre (“the Service”). From 1 April 2019, NHS England and NHS Improvement are working together as a new single organisation to better support the NHS to deliver improved care for patients.
