Tender description

This is a contract to provide planned preventative maintenance and responsive repairs to passenger lifts in residential buildings and servicing and repair of Mobility Equipment such as through floor lifts,stair lifts, hoists, etc. Network Homes invites tenders for carrying out maintenance and responsive repairs to passenger lifts and mobility equipment installed within our properties in accordance with the enclosed documents. We currently have a portfolio of approx. 240 passenger lifts and 150 pieces of mobility equipment. The contracts will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to extend the contract for a further 5 annual extensions making a total of 10 years, starting in February 21.
