<p>Unitas require a contractor to carry out the following works at Kings Hall - Stoke: Works: Scaffolding design, scaffolding erection &amp; dismantle, parapet wall repairs and associated building work, rendering repairs, guttering downpipes and gutterboard replacement, flat roof repairs and associated works. Site Visit: A site visit is Essential in order to be considered. Contact Robert Deacon (robert.deacon@unitas.co.uk) Timescales: Immediate start required. MUST be completed by mid April 2021. Any contractors who cannot commit to this schedule should not price for the works Requirements: Contractors must read, understand and commit to comply with the attached H&amp;S 'SHEM' documentation. Requirements: Contractors must hold the following accreditations as a minimum and will be vetted by Unitas prior to commencement. Any contractor who does not meet the requirements will not be considered. Asbestos Awareness trained. Face fit tested. CSCS card holders (or similar H&amp;S accreditation such as CHAS). Scaffold/Harness trained. Requirements: Contractor must provide sufficient labour to complete the job within the given timescale Format: This tender is based on a PRICE ONLY evaluation.
