Framework agreement award for the supply and delivery of Horticultural Products to the Authorities Roads and Grounds Maintenance Department. Lot 1: Finished Bedding Plants Provision of a supply and delivery service for finished bedding plants. Supplied products must comply with the Government Buying Standards for horticultural & park services. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lot 2: Trees & Shrubs Provision of a supply and delivery service for Trees and Shrubs. Supplied products must comply with the Government Buying Standards for horticultural & park services.
