Facilities Management Procurement for non-PFI sites - NNUH

Tender description

This tender covers the provision of Hard and Soft FM services for 5 sites which are not part of the main PFI project at NNUH. The sites covered are Cromer Hospital, Cotman Centre, Central Norwich Eye Clinic (Grove Road), Health Records Library (Francis Centre) and an administration hub in Rouen Road, Norwich. This contract will be let as one lot and not sub-divided. For the avoidance of doubt Catering for the Cromer Hospital Café will be separately tendered. The proposed term is 5 years with 2 x 1 year extensions. Lot 1: A restricted bid for the provision of Hard and Soft FM services across the defined sites for a 5+1+1 year term. The process will include SQ, ITT and associated documents, evaluation, clarification and moderation. This will not be a negotiated process as the requirement is highly defined within reg28 of PCR2015 (or as subsequently amended).
