Birmingham Diocesan Multi Academy Trust (BDMAT) is West Midlands based Trust, currently consisting of 17 primary schools, and is seeking a catering partner(s) to manage catering services from 1st August 2021 across all seventeen member academies The schools will be split into two geographical Lots. Bidders can tender for one or two lots. Total current turnover for both Lots is GBP 1,075,000 per annum, with an expectation to increase to GBP 1,875,000 over the term of the contract The current catering provision is provided by a mixture of providers. The successful organisation(s) will be required to gain Admitted Body Status from two Pension Authorities, offer LGPS(or equivalent) to transferring and all new employees, and pay a minimum of the Real Living Wage to all employees.
