Tender description

CPI has a requirement to add an X-ray inspection system to its toolset. The tool will be used for the quality assurance of assembled printed circuits, checking the quality of bonded joints and defect analysis of components. It will also be used to check device integration accuracy and inspection for defects on assembled flexible printed circuits.
