Website Replacement Tender

Tender description

The Council is seeking to identify a suitably experienced partner to work with to design, develop and implement our new website, and new CMS. Once developed, the sites will be maintained by the in-house web team, with ad hoc provision of additional resources post go live should the need arise. We also require hosting, support agreements and security updates to be managed and applied to the platform. The contract for the service will be initially for three years with the option to extend for a further (1) one year plus (1) one year by mutual agreement. PLEASE NOTE - Tenderers must be able to show they have the relevant experience we are looking for. In the Stage 1 questionnaire, the Tenderer will need to provide details of three website redesign contracts where the total web pages have exceeded 1000 pages. These contracts can be from either the public or private sector. This work must have been completed in the past five years. The Council has set a maximum budget of £100,000 for delivery of the Service for the three years including all build, hosting and support costs.
