The works involve universal access, toilet upgrade and accessibility works, generally comprising the following: - accessibility works to existing external entrance/exits incl. provision of ramp access and level landings, upgrade of existing entrance doors and upgrade doors to automatic doors and provision of new entrance matting etc. - conversion of existing male staff toilets to new assisted user toilet/shower facility - provision of designated wheelchair accessible parking space Together with all ancillary and associated site works and the making good and reinstatement of areas disturbed by the works
