UKHSA Porton Site Drainage CCTV and Respective Repairs

Tender description

The engagement of a principle contractor to undertake jetting, cleaning, CCTV survey and production of a report into the condition of all site foul and surface water drainage system above and below ground (Phase 1). Phase 2 (Repair and remedial works) shall follow thereafter subject to the findings of the report based upon an agreed schedule of rates. Responsibilities / works include the following: • Principle Contractor Role • CDM / H&S / F10 / CPSHP / Programme & works management • Recommended repairs and temporary diversion works contractor design responsibility • Protection / Barriers / Access Plant • Site Temporaries / Welfare / Plant Etc • Phase 1 - Full Site Above & Below Ground Foul Water Draining Jetting / Cleaning • Phase 1 - Full Site Above & Below Ground Foul Water CCTV Survey / Report • Phase 1 - Full Site Above & Below Ground Surface Water Draining Jetting / Cleaning • Phase 1 - Full Site Above & Below Ground Surface Water CCTV Survey / Report • Phase 1 - Foul & Surface Water Debris Removal - Provisional Sum • Phase 2 - Schedule of Rates (Common Repairs / Waste Removals etc) • Phase 2 - Temporary Repair Diversions - Provisional Sum • Phase 2 - Repaired Sections Flood Testing - Provisional Sum • Phase 2 - Post Repaired Sections CCTV Survey - Provisional Sum • Finalised Photographic & CCTV Conditional Report • Demobilisation - Removal of Site Temps / Welfare / Plant Etc • Referencing / O&M / Update Drgs & Record Documentation • 12 Month Post Completion CCTV Survey / Effectiveness Report • Possible out of hours and weekend works required to minimise disruption to site
