Support For Communities Framework - PIN - Request for Information

Please note this Notice is not a Call for Competition. HIE has been delivering the pilot Support for Communities Framework (SfCF) since June 2018. The Framework is an alternative means of providing a range of practical hands-on support to community-led organisations that lack the capacity or a particular skill-set to timeously progress an opportunity. A formal evaluation was commissioned earlier this year, to evaluate and provide an assessment of the net additional impacts the Framework has had in supporting Community Organisations achieve their goals. The evaluation concluded the positive value of the product and it is HIE’s desire to continue with a Framework to support our community clients. See attached PIN documentation for full details. Lot 1: The purpose of this PIN is to gauge market interest in a potential future contract opportunity. It will also inform HIE's procurement strategy ensuring that any procurement route subsequently selected is attractive to the marketplace and will provide a competitive tendering environment for the efficient delivery of any future contract requirements.
