Inclusion on a Framework Agreement for provision of Corporate Finance services to FuturEnergy Ireland

FuturEnergy Ireland (the “Contracting Entity”) are seeking to invite suitably qualified firms who are interested in participating in this competition for inclusion on a Framework Agreement regarding the provision corporate finance services. Only companies who can demonstrate that they have the relevant resources and experience in the activities cited in the pre-qualification questionnaire attached should apply. Lot 1: FuturEnergy Ireland (the “Contracting Entity”) are seeking to invite suitably qualified firms who are interested in participating in this competition for inclusion on a framework agreement regarding the provision corporate finance services. Only companies who can demonstrate that they have the relevant resources and experience in the activities cited in the pre-qualification questionnaire attached to this notice should apply. Ref: 11.2.7 - FuturEnergy Ireland reserves the right to extend the contract for a further two years on an annual basis.
