GB-Colchester: Replacement Firedoors

Tender description

Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority), acting on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Contractor (the "Supplier") to Strip out existing timber door frame sets and replace with new timber door frame sets, associated ironmongery, and paint system to achieve class o spread of flame. The 4 Sheltered Schemes are: (1)Mary Frank House (2)John Lampon Court (3)Heathfields House (4)Grymes Dyke Court Full details of the requirements are detailed within the associated documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
