Tender description
Waterford Local Enterprise Office wishes to establish a panel of Digital Advisors for the next 2 years with an option to extend for 1 further year. Consultants will work with companies to improve the business in terms of how work gets done, creating efficiencies, improving how customers and companies engage and interact, and creating new value and revenue streams for businesses. Broadly speaking, Digitalisation supports competitiveness, productivity and value creation. The primary objectives of the Digitalisation for Micro programme is to help businesses prepare a plan for the adoption of digital tools and techniques across the business. Assignments allocated must complete one or more activities from the options below; Option 1 : Internal Process Optimisation (Lean-Digital Automation) Option 2 : Enhancing Customer Digital Experience(Product, Service, Route to Market, Channels) Option 3 : Becoming a Data Driven Business
