Tender description

The Child Death Review Partners are entering a joint commissioning arrangement for the South West Peninsula Child Death Overview Panel (CDOP) and Joint Agency Response (JAR) Service. The Child Death Review Partners are Devon County Council, Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council, Cornwall Council, Isles of Scilly Council, NHS Kernow Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). In accordance with the Child Death Review Guidance (2018), these Partners have come together to agree that their areas should be treated as one area for the purpose of reviewing child deaths. This Contract was tendered by Devon County Council. This is a record of Torbay's contribution to the main Contract.
