1723 For the Provision of Water Management and Legionella Control at De Montfort University, Leicester

The University requires single suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the service and inspection of Water Management Systems at De Montfort University, Leicester Campus and associated sites. De Montfort University Campus is located in Leicester city centre and comprises of 45 teaching and administration buildings, with Beaumont Park (sports facility) located 4 miles to the north on the outskirts of Leicester.The Contractor will be required to provide Planned Preventative Maintenance and a reactive callout service to all hot and cold-water storage and delivery systems located in De Montfort University buildings (as per the asset list in Appendix A) and in accordance with requirements of the most recent Legionella risk assessment and as set out in SFG20, HSE Approved Document ACOPL8, HSG274 and BS6700 and all other best practices.Full details of the University’s requirements can be found in the Specification (D2).
