WSCC - DR - Highways Client Support Services Framework Agreement - AWARD

Tender description

A Framework Agreement for the provision of Highways Client Support Services, as further described in Schedule No.3 (The Scope) is being tendered by West Sussex County Council (WSCC) in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015). The disciplines within that range required for this Procurement are as follows: o Cost Management (Quantity Surveying) Services o Cost estimating and cash flow forecasting o Benchmarking o Value Engineering o Risk management o Procurement Support o Project management and Construction Supervision o Work delivery and non-performance audits o Planning Support (Optional) Project/ Scheme work these are dealing with are comprising, but not be limited to: o Accident Investigation and Prevention and Route Safety Schemes? o Cycling infrastructure, including route assessments, design and facility improvement schemes o Safer Routes to School (SRtS) and School Safety Zones (SSZ) schemes, including footway improvements and crossing facilities o Highway Improvement schemes, including junction improvements, o Public Transport Improvements and public realm schemes o Strategic Transport Schemes - large Bypass schemes etc. o Traffic Engineering schemes, including 20mph Zones, Traffic Calming and Town/Village Centre Enhancements o Traffic Signals Schemes o Carriageway Structural Maintenance, including carriageway reconstruction, resurfacing and drainage improvements o Highway Bridges and Structures, maintenance and schemes o Town centre redevelopment schemes o Traffic Sign Signals schemes o Carriageway Structural Maintenance, including carriageway reconstruction, resurfacing and drainage improvement Services will be undertaken within the administrative boundaries of West Sussex County Council which is one of the existing SE7 Alliance members, but it may extend into other parts of the SE7 Member group boundaries, if they choose to use the Framework, however they will be allowed to join the Framework on a first come basis, up to the point of the maximum value on the Find a Tender notice.
