Waltham Forest's Digital Inclusion Strategy and Delivery Plan

This is a request for a quotation from suppliers to design a new multi-year digital inclusion strategy and delivery programme which can be funded externally and internally, with specific enhancement to our existing digital skills provision which can be delivered over several years, starting in 2022-23. Waltham Forest Council is seeking a new strategy and delivery plan for increasing digital inclusion in the borough. Creating this will involve primary and secondary research engagement with council staff, residents, organizations across the public, third and private sector, data analysis, and deep expertise and knowledge of 'what works'. It needs to map existing provision, as well as telling us how we can make our work in this area sustainable, how we can maximize our use of resources and obtain new funding.
