Tender for the provision of Town Centre and Retail Assessment

Tender description

This tender relates to the provision of a Town Centre and Retail Assessment for Herefordshire Council. The current Town Centre Study (2012) is over 9 years old and is now out of date due to the significant structural changes in retail behaviour and changes in national planning policy. This assessment will provide a key piece of evidence to support the Herefordshire Local Plan update which will cover the period 2021-2041. The duration of the assessment is expected to be approximately 6 months, with completion expected by summer 2022.
