Single Party Framework for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Multimedia Equipment

Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the supply, delivery, and installation of Multimedia Equipment. The tender is divided into 8 Lots. Tenderers may submit proposals for one or more lots and must be clear on which lots they are tendering for in their response. The minimum contract awarded will be one Lot. The quantities may also be varied depending on the funding available. Lot 1: Ultra Short Throw Projector Lot 2: Portable Projector Lot 3: Interactive Display Lot 4: Display Screens Lot 5: Pull Down Projector Screen Lot 6: Visualisers Lot 7: Interactive Whiteboard Lot 8: Speakers It is important to note that the equipment must be fit for purpose meeting the requirements of the specification, meeting educational/business requirements for schools, further education centres and administrative offices. It is important that fully qualified personnel are deployed to this contract for the installation and maintenance of multimedia equipment All work must be in professional, secure and to a high-quality standard and meet industry standard. It is emphasised that a contract constitutes no guarantee to purchase a specific quantity of supplies or services from a particular economic operator. Indeed, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to operate outside of the contract at its discretion, particularly should it become apparent that doing so would offer greater value for money. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the contract approach has been adopted to leverage efficiencies and maximise cost savings over the duration of the contract.
