Tender description
A Engineering Consultant is required to oversee Roof Repairs at OLGC School. This includes Stripping of existing roof tiles, mineral felt from valleys and associated timberwork. Supply & fix new treated timbers and decking to valleys. Lead valleys to be replaced with fibreglass valleys. Flashing to be replaced/fixed where necessary. Broken tiles & ridges to be replaced. Debris to be removed off site. Possible re render of one Gable End. Lot 1: Successful Engineering Consultancy will be responsible for tendering the works out to appropriate Roofing Contractors and oversee works.
