(NU/1733) Northern Accelerator: Summative project evaluation

Tender description

<p>Newcastle University seeks to commission a partner organisation to deliver the project evaluation. The evaluation will adopt a formative and summative approach with reports produced at the mid and end points of the project. The evaluation will: &bull; report on the project&rsquo;s performance and impacts (i.e. jobs created, and business improvement in SMEs); &bull; assess the progress made towards achieving the overall goal of the project and the level of success achieved in relation to the project&rsquo;s primary objectives; &bull; investigate the level of efficiency in the project management and approach and consideration of the consortia&rsquo;s project delivery against objectives; &bull; assess and consider areas of management, compliance, good practice, and evidence of regional and national partnership working; and, &bull; examine participation of equality groups.
