Tender description

The purpose of this Tender is to enter into a schedule of rates contract for renewal, repair, maintenance and servicing of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems, to buildings owned by the Council or in which the Council has an interest e.g. libraries, leisure centres and schools within the administrative boundaries of the Council. Wirral is a Metropolitan Borough of Merseyside in the North West of England with a population of approx 300,000 over 60 square miles.
