This tender is for the following single lot: Drill line x 1no. PLEASE NOTE: This contract is subject to funding. The tender response at a minimum should include; 1. A full technical specification of the proposed equipment as above. 2. Detailed performance history for the equipment. 3. Evidence and detail of back up/parts and servicing offered. 4. Delivering time from placement of order. 5. Power consumption figures. 6. Service interval and timescale for replacement of wearable parts. All pricing to be in EURO and excluding VAT. 1no. Drill line Machine functions: Drilling, countersinking, milling, tapping/threading scribing/part layout marking. 1no. Operating station required. Max material height is 1250mm. Max material length is 18.2m. Spindle motor is 25 horse power (18.5kw). Spindle RPM is up to 3300rpm. Drilling feed rate is up to 1270mm/min - continuously variable. Sub "X" axis movement is 125mm. Spindle stroke in "Z" axis is 660mm. Max "X" axis traverse speed is 45.7m/min. Max "Y" axis traverse speed is 18.2m/min. Machine can accept either Carbide tipped tooling or HSS tooling. Clamping power 4.5 metric tons. Tool changer with 8 positions. Toolholders x 16no. Coolant system required. 24hour on-line/dial in/telephone support. Data import from external CAD system using the DSTV file import feature. Programming of simple parts is possible at the operator control panel. CE Compliant. Webcam facility.
