Social Enterprise Regeneration Mentor Programme

The Covid-19 Social Enterprise Regeneration Programme 2021 is funded by the Dormant Accounts Fund (DAF) and administered on the Department of Rural and Community Development’s behalf by the Irish Local Development Network (ILDN). This grant support will provide Mentoring to social enterprise managers, directors and staff across the country. The aims and objectives of the Covid-19 Social Enterprise Regeneration Fund 2021 focus on supporting social enterprises to enable them to recover from the impact of Covid-19. Many Social Enterprises have been significantly affected by the recurring lockdowns. Their survival and ability to re-open is uncertain and they will need significant support to overcome the challenges they now face. In response to these challenges, Leitrim Integrated Development Company CLG, Sligo LEADER Partnership, Inishowen Development Partnership and Donegal Local Development Company CLG have applied for funding to develop and deliver the Social Enterprise Regeneration Programme. Leitrim Integrated Development Company seeks to form a panel of specialist trainers/mentors/experts to work with Social Enterprises in Leitrim, Sligo and Donegal to deliver the Social Enterprise Regeneration Programme. Suitably qualified and experienced individuals and organisations are sought that have skills and experience in providing mentoring in one or more of the following areas; - Strategic Planning - Digital Innovation - Income Diversification Mentors will play a crucial role in the delivery of the programme and will be assigned to Social Enterprise groups based on their specific need.
