Provision of Managed ICT Services to The Arts Council

Tender description

ICT Managed Services including support and maintenance, additional ICT Support and ICT Projects for The Arts Council. 1.3 This public procurement competition ("Competition") is divided into two (2) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract (each a "Services Contract"). Lot 1- ICT Managed Service - management and support of the Contracting Authority’s cloud CRM system and development as described in Section 2.1 of Appendix 1 ("Lot 1 Services"). Lot 2 - ICT Managed Service - management and support of the Contracting Authority's fully functional network infrastructure as described in Section 2.2 of Appendix 1 ("Lot 2 Services"). Lot 1: Lot 1 - ICT Managed Services - Management and Support of AC’s cloud CRM system and Development Lot 1- ICT Managed Service - management and support of the Contracting Authority’s cloud CRM system and development as described in Section 2.1 of Appendix 1 ("Lot 1 Services"). Lot 2: Lot 2 - ICT Managed Service - Management and support of the AC’s fully functional network Lot 2 - ICT Managed Service - management and support of the Contracting Authority's fully functional network infrastructure as described in Section 2.2 of Appendix 1 ("Lot 2 Services").
