Tender description

The Authority requires to appoint a qualified and experienced contractor for upgrade works to Dunfermline Police Station. The site is located at 2 Holyrood Place, Dunfermline, KY12 7PA The works consist of the following: replace existing windows; installation of new heating system and associated Electrical Works; replace existing Distribution Board; replace the existing skirting trunking (and associated containment) and replace existing blinds as set out in the works information and drawings, specifications and documents. Open Tender (Non-Threshold/OJEU) Not Regulated under 2m GBP - Works The site is located at 2 Holyrood Place, Dunfermline, KY12 7PA The works consist of the following: replace existing windows; installation of new heating system and associated Electrical Works; replace existing Distribution Board; replace the existing skirting trunking (and associated containment) and replace existing blinds as set out in the works information and drawings, specifications and documents. This is an operational police office and will be occupied throughout the duration of the contract. The Contractor must ensure that no disruption is caused to persons using the building or car park areas. Site Visits will be available on 16th and 17th December, restricted to 1 hour slots between the hours of 10am and 1pm each day and will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. The completion date is: 17 Weeks from Date of Possession
