Framework contract providing various aspects of maintenance and compliance works and services Lot 1: Reactive Repairs and Voids All aspects of repair work to tenanted and void properties across RHA's stock within RCT. Lot 2: EICR Planned Programme ECIR planned inspection programme Lot 3: Fire Safety All aspect of fire safety work to include fire door inspections, fire risk assessments and associated required repairs. Lot 4: Decoration (Internal and External) Internal and External Decoration programmes. Lot 5: Kitchens and Bathrooms To fit kitchens and bathrooms to RHA's properties as part of a planned program. Lot 6: Windows (Supply and Fit) The supply and fit of windows to RHA properties across RCT. Lot 7: Doors (supply & Fit) The Supply ad Fit of doors to RHA properties across RCT. Lot 8: PAG's (Physical Adaptation Grants) To undertake physical adaptation works as prescribed.
