If you have any issues please use the contact field from their website to seek help from an advisor.(The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is seeking to appoint a Supplier to conduct a research-based review into the future of subsidy into blended finance interventions within the social investment sector. The key objective of this review is to provide DCMS, policymakers, and the social investment market with a clear recommended route forward. The review should not assume that further intervention is needed, but instead analyse the case for intervention, and run a detailed options appraisal of a range of policy options, including the option of no further intervention.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
