The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council requires a specialist and competent company to clean and certify kitchen extractor fans, fridge/freezer cooling fans and associated ventilation equipment. This will also cover educational properties and commercial customers who sign up to the Council’s Service Level Agreement. Lot 42424: Deep Cleaning of Kitchen Extractor Canopies, Filters, Duct work and Fans in Council Properties managed by Building and Technical Services The Council requires a specialist and competent company to clean and certify: • kitchen extractor fans • fridge/freezer cooling fans • associated ventilation equipment situated in Council properties managed by Building and Technical Services (BTS). Lot 42864: Deep Cleaning of Kitchen Extractor Canopies, Filters, Duct work and Fans in Council FM properties The Council requires a specialist and competent company to clean and certify: • kitchen extractor fans • fridge/freezer cooling fans • associated ventilation equipment situated in Educational and commercial customers’ properties with catering services provided by the Council's Facilities Management team (FM).
