Tender description

The Council would like to procure 100 whole house retrofit plans for residents, with focus on homeowners and landlords. This project aims to encourage retrofit and obtaining the highest Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating possible and provide a scalable model for other households. The Council will be expecting surveys to be undertaken by Level 5 Retrofit Co-ordinators and any onward signposting to installers to be working to the relevant standards.
