Village Hall Repairs

Tender description

Structural and roofing repairs are required to the village hall. A survey has been carried out showing the work required and can be made available Lot 1: The village hall has some structural needs to walls where cracks are developing. The floor has is sprung but it is showing signs of being unsafe in one corner of the hall. There is also guttering and roof repairs that are required, as well as structural repairs to a boundary wall. This work may be done in stages due to the large amount that is required but the essential work that has been shown up in the survey will take priority.
