Tender description
Powys County Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake Legionella Remedial Works at its corporate buildings. There are a total of over 100 sites that include corporate offices, libraries, day centres and schools, among others. Powys County Council would be looking for the successfully appointed contractor to start works as soon as possible. The contractor will need to liaise with the sites to arrange convenient times to undertake works, which may in certain cases necessitate works being undertaken outside normal working hours. Please note that time is of the essence and works must be complete by no later than 31/03/2023.
