Soft Market Test: Treasury Management System

The Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations able to provide an off-the shelf treasury management system. Key requirements document attached. If you are interested in providing such a system to the Council, you should express your interest in the advert on the Chest, and upload supporting material to the Soft Market Test event by the deadline. Supporting Material may include: outline service description / specification (system, implementation support, after sales service / ongoing support, exit support), breakdown of pricing options and ball-park annual cost, standard terms and conditions of contract, etc., whether you can provide this system through a framework agreement (such as Crown Commercial Service, ESPO, YPO, etc.). This is not a quotation exercise. The Council may use the information submitted to invite companies for further discussions, write a specification for a quotation exercise, or any other reason connected with the furtherance of the procurement of a Treasury Management System. Please include a statement with your submitted documents setting out what is to be treated as commercially sensitive, why, and for how long.
