Tender description

Minor building refurbishment work at Pwllheli Station, including: • Convert existing bin / storage room into kitchen and locker room. Kitchen to include space for food storage, dishwashing, white goods and 30nr lockers. • Reception / foyer area to be repurposed to provide space for train crew booking on point. • Staff mess room to be refurbished. • Customer service room to be reconfigured to facilitate customer liaison via a window. • Staff kitchen to be converted into W.C and shower room. • Locker room to be repurposed into a managers office. • Concourse – new storage container for safe storage of bins and station storage.
