Tender description
Cherwell District Council is commissioning consultants to undertake a Landscape Sensitivity and Capacity Assessment to inform the preparation of the Cherwell Local Plan Review 2040. The Cherwell Local Plan 2011-2031 was adopted by the Council on 20 July 2015. The Cherwell Local Plan Partial Review: Oxford’s Unmet Housing Needs was adopted on 7 September 2020.
