DUD - Gas Central Heating and Boiler Replacement Contract

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is committed to providing services in relation to Gas Central Heating and Boiler Replacement to Council owned properties throughout Dudley Borough. The Invitation to Tender documentation intends to demonstrate the Council’s projected workload over the course of the contract. The Council is looking for a single contractor to provide these services for a continuous cycle of services over a 3 year period with an option to extend the Contract Period by any number of periods up to an aggregate of twenty four (24) calendar months. Lot 1: The Contract will predominantly deliver: The replacement and installation of inefficient central heating installations with new heating systems over an initial three year contract period together with any associated plumbing, building works, and testing of suspect asbestos surfaces.
