Delivery Partner Support for in-period Outcome Delivery Incentive Assessments (ODIs)

Tender description

Delivery Partner staff will form part of an integrated team with Ofwat staff, reporting through to the relevant Ofwat directors, and be responsible for the successful co-delivery of the in period ODI processes. Timings of when Ofwat will require support from the Delivery Partner Delivery partner support is required for the July to November period each year from 2021, through to 2023. Some, limited support might also be required for a short time either side of this period to cover activities such as preparation and planning, on boarding and project close down, knowledge transfer and lessons learnt. There are key phases of the in-period process where Ofwat will require Delivery Partner support. Although there are obvious immovable milestones within this timeline, this is a target timeline and anticipated activities for the key phases of this process. Elements of knowledge sharing / knowledge transfer required under the contract may continue to be provided for a short period after Final Determinations each year.
