Tender description

The University of Southampton has an ongoing programme of works to refurbish it's Common Learning Space (CLS) rooms. These are University-wide centrally bookable teaching/meeting facilities including tiered/flat floor lecture theatres, meeting rooms and computer suites (Public Work Station). This tender was undertaken to appoint a suitably experienced and competent Consultant to undertake Building Services design associated with the CLS 2022 Refurbishment programme This appointment has now been made, and a contract awarded.
