Tender description

To supply and erect a steel frame building, of 36.4 metres length x 22.4m width. This needs to include a mezzanine floor as per the drawing. This is to also include concrete foundations, doors, including fire doors, electrical works and a 36.5kW solar panel array on the new roof as shown on the drawings by Arwel Davies & Co. This contract needs to include further work to convert existing steel framed building of 24m length and 4.2m height. This will be done by removal of existing cladding, guttering and 2 roller shutter doors. Following this, the fitting of new guttering, cladding and 2 Personnel Fire Exit Doors to the existing building needs to be completed. This existing building will require new 9mm polyurethane flooring throughout (540 square metres) and a coved skirting of 135 linear metres. Also we need the internal walls to be food grade to include white panelling and jumbo stud work. The surrounding area of the new building and associated car park also needs to be covered in a final layer of tarmac.
