The development of nationally significant water supply infrastructure is a positive step towards ensuring resilient supplies of water. This requires new and innovative thinking around the way that we regulate water supply infrastructure. You will be responsible for:  Shaping the policy framework for how we regulate infrastructure projects under different commercial models to encourage the long term development of water supply options.  Exploring the opportunities for wholesale water markets and trading, including bulk transfers between water companies, and water trading models to efficient allocate water between different types of user  Shaping the key commercial principles that ensure that costs, risk and rewards are allocated in a way that ensure that the interests of water customers are protected and that outcomes are delivered.  Examining the institutional arrangements to ensure the co-ordinated development, delivery and operation of water infrastructure across the sector; DocuSign Envelope ID: D79B523C-CF3C-4791-AD0C-F39471BF1F48 © ESPO 2015 No part of this document may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means without the permission of ESPO.
