Repair, Maintenance, Periodic Inspection and Servicing of Heating Appliances and Systems (Lotted Contract) Lot 1: Central Area The maintenance, periodic inspection and servicing of Natural Gas, LPG, Oil, Biomass, and Solar Thermal Heating Plant and Systems, Laboratory/Workshop Gas Systems/Equipment and Gas Fired Laundry Equipment in various operational council properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. A small number of installations/modifications/additions may also be required under this contract. Lot 2: East Area The maintenance, periodic inspection and servicing of Natural Gas, LPG, Oil, Biomass, and Solar Thermal Heating Plant and Systems, Laboratory/Workshop Gas Systems/Equipment and Gas Fired Laundry Equipment in various operational council properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire.
