Roofing and Re-Rendering to the Renfrew and Oakshaw Buildings

Tender description

The works involves Re-Roofing and Re-Rendering to two elevations only of the Renfrew Building + Roofing Works to the Oakshaw Building at West College Scotland's Paisley campus. The works also include removal of existing asbestos cladding to two no. Renfrew roof plant rooms and re-cladding , removal of two internal water tanks. An element of internal works is also required consisting of M&E install, installation of new AC units and piping, new drainage runs to roof,ceiling infill below plant room, rooflight replacements, existing timber and glass internal screen removal and installation of a new suspended ceiling. Area of Renfrew roof to be re-roofed is approximately 1,260m2 Area of Oakshaw roof 5 and roof 9 (ref drg) to be re-roofed is approximately 240m2 Area of re-rendering to Renfrew building is approximately 680m2
