Request for Tender for the development and delivery of Strategic Talent Development programmes with mentoring support

Tender description

The purpose of this RFT is two-fold: 1. To appoint one or more training providers with knowledge and experience in Strategic Talent Development Planning, training and implementation in multinational organisations with particular focus on the Irish site who will: a.Develop and deliver a programme/series of interventions designed to support businesses in building a strategic talent development plan; b.Develop and deliver a programme designed to support business in completing a training grant application. 2. To appoint a mentoring company that can provide and manage a pool of experienced Mentors from all sectors with knowledge and experience in Strategic Talent Development Planning in multinational organisations. Mentoring will complement and run in parallel with the training programme and should: a.Support businesses on a 1:1 basis with the development of their Strategic Talent Development Plan within given timeframes b.Support businesses on a 1:1 basis with completing and submitting a training grant application to our partner government agencies within given timeframes.
