Tender description

The Authority entered into a contract with African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET) commencing 22/07/2021 for services in Nigeria following an Open Competition. The contract provided for three extensions of twelve months each to a maximum of term to 31/03/2025. Options have been exercised to date extending the term to 30/04/2024 with the application of Regulations 72(1)(a) and 72(1)(e).<br/>The CM is to exercise a final extension of the contract term to 31/03/2025 and to increase the maximum contract value to £2,824,178.00 exc VAT Lot 1: On 12/11/2024, subsequent to VEAT notice reference 2024/S 000-033765, the Authority executed a Contract Modification as detailed in the aforementioned notice. A further Contract Modification has been executed with the application of Regulation 72(1)(e) to extend the term by three months to 30/06/2025 and increase the value by £360,000 incl. VAT to enable continuity of service provision while the live procurement for Pan-Africa Logistics and Event Management Services, reference 2025/S 000-000378, is concluded.
