Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply of Bus Hire Services for MSLETB.

Tender description

Mayo Sligo Leitrim and Training Board (MSLETB) invites tenders from authorised Bus Transport companies. The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party Framework Agreement. For the provision of transport services (Bus) for MSLETB students/participants travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips, (outside the scope of daily routes) which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc. This list is not exhaustive. The framework is divided into six (6) lots by geographical location. Lot 1: Lot 1 Schools and Centres based in North West Mayo Multi Party Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Bus Hire Services for MSLETB for students/participants and staff travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips, (outside the scope of daily routes) which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc. Lot 2: Lot 2 Schools and Centres based in South East Mayo Multi Party Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Bus Hire Services for MSLETB for students/participants and staff travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips, (outside the scope of daily routes) which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc. Lot 3: Lot 3 Schools and Centres based in North East Mayo Multi Party Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Bus Hire Services for MSLETB for students/participants and staff travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips, (outside the scope of daily routes) which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc. Lot 4: Lot 4 Schools and Centres based in Sligo Multi Party Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Bus Hire Services for MSLETB for students/participants and staff travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips, (outside the scope of daily routes) which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc. Lot 5: Lot 5 Schools and Centres based in East and South Leitrim Multi Party Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Bus Hire Services for MSLETB for students/participants and staff travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips, (outside the scope of daily routes) which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc. Lot 6: Lot 6 Schools and Centres based in West Leitrim and East Sligo Multi Party Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Bus Hire Services for MSLETB for students/participants and staff travelling from and to Schools and Centres for various individual trips, (outside the scope of daily routes) which may include day trips, sporting events, competitions, careers fairs, science outing, debates and award ceremonies etc.
